By accessing or using ClawRouters ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClawRouters is an AI model routing service that intelligently routes API calls to optimal language models based on cost, performance, and availability. We provide a unified API endpoint compatible with the OpenAI API format.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the routing system.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.
  • Generate content that violates the acceptable use policies of upstream AI providers.
  • Exceed rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing is as displayed on our pricing page and may change with notice.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service depends on third-party AI providers whose availability is outside our control. We are not liable for downtime caused by upstream providers.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your input and output content. ClawRouters retains all rights to the Service, including its routing algorithms, branding, and website content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawRouters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
